Shipping, Returns & Refunds

What are your shipping costs and processing time?

We offer free shipping on all products. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays and if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You can expect your item to be delivered within 4-15 business days however if there are significant delays, we will contact you via email.

What is your returns and refund policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for physical items only during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days from when the item was received.

 

There are however some products where we work with suppliers. If that is the case, the supplier will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items and will accept returns up to 14 days AFTER the product has been received by you (the customer). In any event of a return or exchange, please contact us immediately so we can manage the situation and/or alert the supplier.

 

Do I get a refund in the event of a return?

If, for any reason, you choose to return a product, the first step would be to let us know because you are either returning it to us or our supplier. We will then inform our suppliers who are generally understanding and responsive and as long as the reason falls within their returns policy, they would be happy to provide you with a refund. Same goes for our products but physical items only. Unfortunately digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Who pays for the return of the item?

In cases where you simply want to return a product without any legitimate issues with the product itself, you would be responsible for the return shipping fees. However, if the item you received was damaged or not matching the description on our site, it is fair to request that we or our supplier pay for the shipping fees. Please take photos of items upon receipt.
